Coaching line-up confirmed……
We are pleased to announce that the Coaching line up has been confirmed for the coming season.
Kevin Innalls will continue in his role as Head Coach. Kevin has served us well over the last few seasons and he is delighted to be continuing in his role.
Simon Martin will also continue as Assistant Coach. His wealth of experience and knowledge will continue to help the whole team but with a particular focus on the backs.
New for this year is Mark Irish as Assistant Coach. Mark originally hails from Bridgwater, but also has huge experience as he comes back to the club after playing at Bristol, Gloucester and latterly London Scottish. He has caps for England Students and England Under 21’s. He will work with the whole squad, but will target the forwards to continue their good presence from last season.
Club Chairman, Steve Smith said, “We are delighted to confirm a great coaching line up for our 2014/15 season. Welcoming Mark back to BARFC is a genuine pleasure. The consistency of retaining Simon’s experience, both in the Club and with our Academy development with the College and, of course, Kevin’s ongoing commitment, provides a further boost for rugby football at College Way. We are looking forward to a great season”.
