BARFC Friends Lunch

| 18/04/2017

The Friends of Bridgwater and Albion were first established back in 2005 with the aim of providing support to ensure that the Club has the best opportunity to play rugby of the highest quality possible for the benefit of players, the members and the community.

Since then the Friends have continued to raise up to £10k per year, part of which comes as result of the two pre-match lunches that the Friends host each season.

Last Saturday ahead of the Midsomer Norton RFC almost 200 members and guests enjoyed a three course lunch followed by coffee and a comedian which raised £2,500, every penny of which will go towards the rugby playing side of the Club.

This was the second lunch of the season, the first that took place back in the autumn raised a similar amount.

Anybody who would like to find out more about becoming a Friend of Bridgwater and Albion RFC can do so by contacting the secretary Chris Kettle  on 01278 457089.
