As I’m sure you’ve all seen, the new GDPR guidelines come into place this week and the way we hold your data is changing.  We have our new privacy policy and guidelines in place, and this has been done with the help of the RFU. This privacy policy will be attached to all our 2018/2019 membership forms for you to keep and will be accessible on our website.

Any queries you have please do don’t hesitate to contact us or  the RFU. We never share your data with anyone but the RFU, they have their own data protection policy available below: http://www.englandrugby.com/about-the-rfu/data-protection/ Within the new guidelines, we now require to your permission to contact you. As we are at the end of the 2017/2018 season we won’t be contacting you now again until we open membership for the 2018/2019 season.  If you would like to opt out of being contacted, we will be sending out an email after the AGM with our new membership forms where you will be able to opt out of communications.
