VACANCY: CLUB BAR MANAGER required.
We have a vacancy for the above role, where we are looking for a person with similar role experience who is a licence holder and with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to the role.
Ability to manage staff, stock sourcing and stock management, has customer service focus, and a clear understanding of all areas of H&S, licencing demands and cash control processes.
Revenue and margin growth, as well as cost control, will be a very important part of the role requiring a proactive person.
Knowledge of being a Designated Premises Supervisor would be preferred
