Bridgwater & Albion RFC  Second XV 32- Burnham on Sea RFC Seconds XV- 0

On Saturday Bridgwater & Albion RFC Seconds were at home to their Burnham on Sea counterparts.

The hosts started strongly and took the lead through a try by John Hill which was converted by Ollie Phillips.

Bridgwater & Albion RFC extended their lead when midway through the first half Ollie Phillips slotted home a penalty. Just before the break Phillips kicked another penalty to make the score 13-0 at half time.

Homeside started the 2nd Half on Top

The home side started the second half very much on top and following a good break through the middle Sam Russell went over for a try.  Ollie Phillips added the extras to.

On the hour Dan Page touched down for a try in the corner over and shortly after Tom West went through the middle to score under the posts which was converted by Ollie Phillips, to make it 32-0 at full time.

This was a very good performance by the Bridgy Boys and manager of Brendon Goddard and captain Ollie Phillips were delighted with the way that the team played.
