Bridgwater and Albion Rugby Union Football Club Youth Section is an open club for anyone aged 5 to 17 wishing to play Rugby Union in the Bridgwater area. Originally founded in 1875, the club has continued to grow and now runs Colts, Junior and Mini teams in addition to Senior sides.
The Mini section caters for boys and girls from the age of 5-12 who learn a scaled-down version of the game. Players from 13 years and up play Junior rugby. We generally play or train on a Sunday with timed year group slots from 9:15am to 1:45pm between September and April.

Bridgwater & Albion Under 15’s welcomed visitors from Gosport & Fareham yesterday morning. An exciting match ensued but Gosport & Fareham came out winners with the final score at BARFC 17, G&F RFC 24.

This mismatch in age groups proved too much for the BARFC U13’s who were well beaten by their older competitors. Bridgy didn’t however disgrace themselves by any means and managed to score 2 tries early in the second half. Well done guys! [nggallery id=81]
