Club Administrator

Are you interested in becoming part of the Team at BARFC and willing to take on an exciting new challenge? Then this could be the job for you.

We are looking to appoint to the post of Club Administrator. Working alongside our existing Club Manger, full time/part time hours considered ensuring that the needs of the business are met, and that the office is covered during working hours.

If you are:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel. Publisher desirable but not essential
  • Experienced in office systems and processes (ability to see where things can be improved)
  • Deliver to a high standard of organisation and communication skills
  • A self starter who is able to work on their own initiative and make decisions
  • Have a positive and can do attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Outgoing and friendly personality¬†and able to display strong customer service skills
  • Highly organised and a completer finisher
  • Ability to communicate at various levels both internally and externally
  • Able to work flexibly but within pre agreed times

Key Duties include:

  • Coordinate and manage Private Functions, Key events (including BARFC matches and others), Business meetings including serving teas/coffees where necessary, other club bookings
  • Front of house liaising with customers and clients;
  • Day to day responsibility for the building and equipment.
