Bridgwater & Albion will be looking to get back to winning ways on Saturday afternoon when they host Newent at College Way in South West One (West) kick off 3pm.

The Albion have lost their last three league matches and have slipped below their local rivals North Petherton so they will be keen to rectify that situation.

Currently Bridgwater occupy eighth position in the league table with 49 points from their 19 games of which they have won 10, while visitors Newent are 12th with 28 points from 18 outings with five wins.

When the two sides met in the Forest of Dean on 9th November it was the Somerset side who triumphed 22-9, a result that they would like to repeat at the weekend.

Meanwhile the Albion’s Somerset RFU Cup match against Old Redcliffians away has now been re-arranged to take place on Wednesday March 4th.
