RIP – Sue Pomeroy
Very sadly Sue Pomeroy, wife of Tony Pomeroy, passed away last week after a short illness. The Pomeroy family have been active contributors to the Club over many years with Tony, a Life Member of the Club for his contribution, has been involved in many areas of Club life, including an Executive Committee member as well as his lengthy refereeing involvement.
David, Sue’s son, has been a successful Chair of the Youth Section and Executive Committee member and whose company have been a long standing Club sponsor.
Ben, Sue’s grandson, has been the first team photographer for a number of seasons and now referees, following in the footsteps of his grandad.
So, Sue has had a marked impact on Bridgwater and Albion RFC and will be sadly missed. Our condolences go to Tony and the family.
