Care Taker – Paid Position
Job Tasks
• Opening and closing of building.
• Key Holder
• Set up of rooms (moving chairs/tables) as per client’s instructions or in house events (manual handling)
• Basic Maintenance
• Site Tidiness and maintenance – Waste management
• Pitch Board assembly
• Setting up of refreshments for business clients
• Waste Area Management
• Empty and cleaning of bottle bins
• Taking Deliveries
• Some gardening when required
• Other varied tasks
Flexible weekly hours but expected to be circa 8 hours per week – more available for capable motivated person. With overtime offered most weeks, more at busier times.

• Reasonable level of fitness as some manual handling
