Congratulations Ben!

Massive congratulations and well done to the Club’s dedicated young photographer who this week had his photo of Rob Thompson at the Pethy game voted by the Mercury Sports Desk as the sports photo of the year.

Twelve year old Ben has been taking photos at games for over 3 years and can be seen at most home and away 1st XV games, with his huge lens taking literally hundreds of photos. This however is only the start of the process as after the game he spends hours sorting and editing the shots to get them on Facebook and the club website. He then submits them for publishing in the Bridgwater Mercury and the South West Independent Newspapers.

Well done Ben, you are a credit to the club and should be very proud of your achievements.
